From Friday October 19th to Sunday October 21st, the 3rd World Cup of Dragon Boat will be presented in Chongqing, China.
The top 12 highest ranked nations were invited to participate in this event taking place every two years.
Nations invited are: Australia, Canada, China, Chinese Taipei, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Hong Kong – China, Iran, Thailand, Russia and Ukraine.
Teams will race 100m, 200m, 500m, a 400m relay and a 1000m pursuit races.
CCTV-Channel 5 will be providing live broadcast of the races on October 20th from 10am-12pm & 1h50pm-3h50pm; and October 21st 3pm to 5pm (*local times).
